Social Studies educates students for democracy. An interdisciplinary social science major, it draws from economics, geography, history, political science, psychology and sociology. The Bachelor of Arts major prepares students for employment in a broad number of careers. This major offers breadth in background and content combined with applied skills development in the areas of the social sciences.
