We highly encourage you to submit your application early and well before the deadlines, below; recommending you begin the application process at least a full six months in advance of the semester you intend to begin your studies. That helps allow for the time it takes to submit your required documentation and have everything approved, visa appointment wait times, arranging BSU housing, packing, and travel arrangements.

Keep in mind the application submission deadlines:
        Fall semesters:
June 15 for applicants outside the U.S. & Canada
July 15 for applicants inside the U.S. & Canada
Spring semesters:
October 15 for applicants outside the U.S. & Canada
November 15 for applicants inside the U.S.& Canada

An international student is a student who is required to be registered under the federal Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS).

If you are in the United States on a temporary visa other than F1 or J1 visa and would like to study at BSU as an F1 or J1 student, please contact International Program Center by email at international@cq-hw.com
