Biography

You made a great choice picking Bemidji State University! I am BSU Alumni in Sports Management (BA), Physical Education, DAPE, Coaching (BS), Sports Science (MS). Currently, I am writing my last chapter of my dissertation in Adapted Sport and Secondary Education at University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. This academic path has prepared me for quality teaching, research and community engagement with inclusive and adapted sports.

My husband, Wayne and I have a daughter, Kirsten and son-in-law, Rodney, four grandchildren, Harley, Lauren, Wren and Lainey. Dudley and Dexter are our fur babies. I enjoy running, golf, curling, reading and painting. We hope to travel and see the world again soon.
